NORD TRAWLER 21M | Long-Range Exploration Yacht with a Steel Hull 

Featuring a robust steel hull, long-range capability, and comfort-focused living spaces, this 21-meter Nord Trawler is designed for sailors who want to embark on long voyages without compromising safety at sea. Measuring 20.8 meters in overall length and 4.65 meters in beam, the yacht is powered by twin YANMAR 6LY2A-STP 440 HP diesel engines. With only 648 engine hours on the clock, these engines can reach a maximum speed of approximately 14 knots and an economical cruising speed of 11 knots, allowing the yacht to cover long distances comfortably with low fuel consumption.

A 4,050-liter fuel capacity and an 830-liter fresh water tank, supported by a watermaker (Sea Recovery Aqua Whisper Mini) system, provide the advantage of being able to travel for extended periods without relying on a marina. Additionally, a 1,730-liter capacity for gray, black, and waste water offers significant convenience for extended stays.

The interior living space is designed to accommodate eight guests. In addition to a spacious master cabin, it features a VIP double cabin, two separate guest cabins, and crew accommodations for a total of four crew members, making it suitable for both private use and professional operation.

The living and kitchen areas are fully equipped to enhance long-term living comfort. Siemens appliances—including a microwave/oven, stove, refrigerator, and freezer—bring the comforts of home to the sea, while the 48,000 BTU Cruisair air conditioning system provides an ideal living environment in every season.

The vessel’s navigation electronics are comprehensively equipped for safe navigation. The Raymarine chartplotter, EV-300 autopilot, ST70 depth sounder, GPS, 4 kW digital radar, and VHF system provide the captain with a high level of confidence during long-distance voyages. The 15 kW Max Power bow thruster, meanwhile, offers significant ease of use during tight marina maneuvers.

Equipment in the engine room—including a Kohler 25 kW generator, a comprehensive Victron gel battery bank, a hot water system, a water booster pump, a wastewater treatment system, and a stainless steel exhaust system—elevates the vessel’s technical infrastructure to a high standard. A 400 kg capacity hydraulic winch and an electro-hydraulic gangway are among the key features that enhance daily comfort.

In terms of safety, the vessel is equipped to international standards with an FM-200 fixed fire suppression system, numerous fire extinguishers, a liferaft, a service boat, and a complete set of life-saving equipment.
