This Lagoon 450F is a family boat, one owner, bought in 2015, refitted in 2022, only rarely chartered, perfectly maintained, luxury equipped. The boat has 9 solar panels that make her completely independent from its generator and from dock sources except for running air conditioning.  Boat has a pair of stainless-steel davits, an electric maneuvering winch.  Boat has 2x 54 HP Yanmar, a 220v electrical circuit with a Victron 3000W inverter, full battened main sail with lazy bag, a Windlass remote control and chain counter at helm station.  

The boat has around 5,700 engine hours, and two Autoprop propellers 2023.

    Boat has a pair of stainless-steel davits and an electric maneuvering winch.   Other features are a 220v electrical circuit with a Victron 3000W inverter, full battened main sail with lazy bag, a Windlass control and chain counter at helm station. Boat has three high quality spare halyards installed on the mast.

 

 This one-of-a-kind sailboat includes a 3,40 m. dinghy 2022 with Tohatsu engine 15HP 2022, B&G Electronics package including AIS. Two big Zeus B&G chartplotters, one in flybridge and one in the cabin, Radar 48 miles, Air Conditioning throughout with 5 independent systems, 11KW Onan Generator, Duo Water Maker 100l/h, Bulkheads intact, two electric winches, two crew sleeping berths each with toilet and running water located on the bow deck.

      The boat has four 12V refrigerators, two inside and two in the deck. Inside you'll find a 2022 washing machine, and a 2022 dishwasher in the deck.  Stove/oven, microwave oven, external barbecue, coffeemaker, breadmaker, water heater/System. 4 cabins Owners Version Comfort Package with Ensuite private bathrooms, 6' 7" - 6' 9" headroom, electric toilets, 12V fans and fully expandable drapes/curtains in cabins and salon. FM Radio with Bluetooth & USB connection (outdoor music also in the cockpit and in the flybridge area).

 

  Custom-built hard top bimini on flybridge. The entire boat is covered in top-of-the-line electronics with Two Autopilots /VHF radios, Depth Sounder, log, compass.
